Kendra Scott “Summer 2016” is a branded film directed by Amos David McKay for Arts+Labor and produced by Stephanie Noone. Photographed by Director of Photography Sherman Johnson, the campaign was filmed in Miami, Florida, with the goal of capturing the feeling of a summer spent along the coast of Southern France. Created to evoke the atmosphere of a Mediterranean summer, the campaign combines coastal locations, classic wooden boats, and fashion imagery to showcase Kendra Scott’s Summer 2016 collection. The campaign emphasizes mood and experience as much as the jewelry itself. Shot on the ARRI Alexa Mini with Cooke S4 prime lenses and Angénieux zoom lenses, the project blends handheld camerawork, dolly movement, and natural lens flare to create a relaxed, sunlit visual style that complements the collection’s coastal inspiration.
