Produced by Yiya Garcia and filmed in Miami, Florida, the campaign highlights Pollo Tropical’s mojo roasted pork and the preparation process behind the dish. The commercial follows the pork from preparation through service, showcasing fresh, never frozen pork that is slow roasted for four hours before being carved and served.
